Qualifications:

Must have studied up to Standard VIII.

Must have proficiency in Boat pulling
knots, splices and rigging, handling single cylinder motor boat, anchor work
and swimming. The proficiency in the above items of work will be assessed in a
practical test conducted by the PSC at the time of selection.
